Terence is the founder of SquareWave.ai. He spent more than nine years at Accenture, a global consulting firm, serving as a functional consultant and later an IT quality-assurance manager and test lead on large-scale enterprise implementations, where he learned how to turn messy, ambiguous problems into clear plans, working systems, and well-run teams. He holds a B.S. in Security and Risk Analysis from Penn State, with earlier studies in music performance (viola) and film production.

SquareWave.ai sits at the meeting point of three threads that have run through his life: A hard-won consulting toolkit, a lifelong immersion in music (theory, production, and increasingly the business and marketing sides), and a deep, hands-on fluency in AI. That combination lets him translate a fast-moving, jargon-heavy field into clear decisions and repeatable workflows. His experience also allows SquareWave.ai to bring the structure, discipline, and delivery strategy of enterprise consulting to the people actually doing the music work.

Based in Nashville, he works directly with music businesses and the teams inside them to turn AI into practical advantage, enhancing creativity, sharpening marketing, and improving how businesses run, without sacrificing the human voice behind the work.

Terence is active across Nashville's AI, entrepreneurship, and music communities. He has presented at the AI in Music Meetup hosted by HOME (Helping Our Music Evolve), and is a regular at the monthly Artificial Intelligencers Meetup. He is also a member of the 100 Cups Academy Mastermind Group, Brentwood Evening Toastmasters, and HOME. More than anything, he likes being the person behind the scenes who helps others succeed.
